First Minister Nicola Sturgeon has said that a second independence referendum for Scotland is now highly likely following the UK decision to leave the EU even though Scotland voted to remain.
After the EU referendum, Nicola Sturgeon said: "It is, therefore, a statement of the obvious that the option of a second referendum must be on the table, and it is on the table."
Poll closed on 5th December 2016. It seems that support for independence is still at a similar level to what it was when the independence referendum was held in 2014!
A referendum on the UK's membership of the European Union was held on Thursday 23rd June 2016.
Our poll closed on the 24th June 2016. For once our poll got it wrong as Inverclyde voted 64% to 36% to remain in the UK!
This poll was closed on 7th May 2015 - the day of the General Election!
Exactly 50% of voters supported the SNP, supporting the notion that the SNP were on course for their best ever General Election result and to take the Inverclyde seat from Labour, which they duly did.

This poll was closed on Friday 13th May 2016, and it is clear that the most favoured option is to create a roundabout with 54.4% voting for this option. Traffic lights is the next most popular option, but reducing the speed limit is only favoured by 8.8%.
Time with family and friends won this poll with 37.5% of the vote!
